MAIN FUNCTIONLead a team of project managers to deliver a variety of projects and program within the time-line , budget and to the quality expected, also to work across the bank teams to achieve the portfolio objective and goals. Accountable on the portfolio performance and ensure the proper project methodology is being used for all project/CR falls in the same portfolio. Identify and assign the needed project manager to manage small to large projects needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project/CRs. Effectively applies Bank's methodology and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimizes the exposure and risk on project. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Holds regular status meetings with project team. Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news. Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements. f. Performs other duties and functions as assigned by the IT management from time to time.

Avaya Interaction Centre was put in place to provide the call center agent to have the handful information about the customer, when the call lands at the agent terminal.
