Current• Ensuring efficient quality process setting, initiation, implementation of new quality system.• Ensuring complete in process quality control and continuous improvement in process capabilities for reducing rate of rejection, through a quality team.• Initial quality / technical study as well as preparation of working standards as per brand requirements.• Follow and maintain AQL standards, thus ensuring production quality goods.• Implementing packing Manual for Vendors. Implementing Testing Protocol for vendors.• Following from pattern to finishing in Factory.• Conducting pre-production (pp) meetings for new vendors & new style.• Auditing the factory & Evaluating with the parameters before order placement.• Setting up quality control systems and procedures.• Following shipment schedule from Cut to Pack.• Follow and keep all record in merchant parts & quality parts for order.• Follow & monitor Quality based on customer requirements.• Focusing and forecasting on the quality for goods.
