Prior to this, I completed my Pre-University Course from the University of Technology and Sciences, Raipur, and Secondary Education from R.T. Nagar Public School, Bangalore.Professionally, I have a diverse background, with experience working in fields ranging from IT to logistics and risk management. I began my career with SoftAge Information Technology LTD. as an Admin, where I worked from July 2010 to Jun 2012, using the tool RedHat. Later, I joined Zahid Tractors (KSA - Jeddah) as a Service Controller - Allied Product, where I managed repair, maintenance, and replacement of office equipment, and other vendor management tasks using AS400 & SAP planning tool. I worked there from February 2013 to March 2019. From there, I joined Amazon Development Pvt.Ltd as a Transaction Risk Investigator, working from March 2020 to Feb 2022, utilizing the tool Paragon.My most recent role was with Porter Technologies DMCC as an Operations Senior Logistic coordinator, where I worked on allocating both Drivers and Riders on orders, coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, and training Riders and Drivers before onboarding. I used the tools Metabase & Salesforce and worked there from May 2022 to present.During my professional journey, I have gathered skills such as vendor management, asset management, event management, process documentation, business control checks, auditing, supply chain operations, and risk management.I am currently on a career break working to improve my skills and learning as much as I can to advance my career further.
