• Support the delivery of projects through effective coordination and delivery of assigned projects (private and federal government)• Define project scope, deliverables, and requirements in collaboration with project stakeholders• Create and monitor projects schedules and track deliverables using MS Project• Conduct project cost and resources estimates• Track all change requests via defined change management process• Managed all Project documentation and obtained sign off on: Project Status Reports, Schedule and Budget• Assist in the documentation and enhancement of existing and new guidelines and procedures and tools• Utilize Microsoft Excel to capture and record important data, generate pivot tables, charts and graphs• Liaise, develop, and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders and clients• Communicate effectively with clients and ensure their needs are met as projects evolve• Facilitate and attend project meetings, capture accurate action items, decisions and ensure accurate distribution to all project team members• Ensure assigned project components are delivered on-time, within scope and budget• Report periodically the project status and project progress to the Senior Project Manager• Review, maintain and ensure projects documents are in accordance with company’s quality standards• Provide assistance in implementation of new processes and change management procedures
