Project Coordination Management under the Project Director's Office for KVMRT Line 2 Sg. Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya involving overall Project Progress Meeting, Site Security, Quality, Authority Approval, Stakeholder's Management and Industrial Collaboration Programme (ICP)

Strategic Planning- Involved in the preparation and strategic planning for Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) Line 2 Sg Buloh – Serdang – Putrajaya Project under the Project Director’s Office.- Monitor and validate various department’s Project KPIs for submission to Client- Formulating strategies and suggesting changes or improvements to current project plans, policies and procedures.- Performing feasibility research and keep Project Director advised of changes which may affect project’s operations.- Developing programs/plans that support and introduce solutions for strategic issues that impact the project.- Review operating activities of the project to identify strengths, weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements.- Provide support in identifying strategic issues, facilitate strategic discussions and manage strategic initiatives with Divisional Directors/HODs.- Provide market research and simulation analysis for the Pre-Qualification of Contractor stage and evaluation process.- Developing the PDP Industrial Collaboration Program (ICP) Strategic Paper for KVMRT Line 2 and liaison with the Government agency.

Research & Consultancy- Conduct feasibility studies, socioeconomic development studies, market research, business viability, land/location suitability, macro infrastructure and financial projection for state development project such as for the East Coast Economic Region in Terengganu, Pahang and Kelantan.- Conduct stakeholder’s engagement with East Coast Economic Region Development companies and local authorities.- Conduct research activities and preparing reports / studies for the input of policy makers. Secretariat for the MIGHT Interest Group in Construction and Housing focusing on Affordable Housing using IBS- Preparing articles for publication with regards to high technology and conduct market research activities for emerging new technology in local and global market.- Establishing network with key players from the industry, Government and universities with regards to specific technology.Project Management- Project manage workshops, brainstorming labs, focus groups and seminars for high technology agenda and programs.- Project Manager for MIGHT Consultancy Services and National Studies- Project Manager for the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) Line 1 Sg Buloh to Kajang: Offset Projects and Programs – Tunneling & Underground Works, Signaling & Train Control System, Power Supply & Distribution System and Track work.Industrial Collaboration Program (ICP) Management Services- Conduct High Level Negotiations with the International OEMs, Contractors and Suppliers.- Manage and coordinate the Offset Programs initiation, Offset Requirement Document (ORD) development, and evaluate Offset proposals in compliance to ORD.- Manage the team that develops Offset Program agreements.- Manage the Offset Program implementation plan and monitor the implementation.- Manage the Offset Program post-implementation activities.

Managerial- Responsible in managing the daily operation of the company.- Responsible in developing company’s business plan and strategic planning.- Responsible in business planning and strategy in generating new business development for the company.- Responsible in reporting to the Senior Management of MIGHT in terms of weekly progress report, finance committee report and project progress reportNational Initiatives- Attend Government Special Committee Meeting in Industrialised Building System.- Actively participated in the National IBS implementation from Policy level to Project Implementation. - Developed and conducted a reskilling training program on IBS Capacity Building for Graduates.- Actively liaising with National IBS Centre in CIDB for strategic input on IBS initiatives.
