Project Client : Ericsson - Europe Client (EU Regions)*Hands on experience on responsible for managing and deploying automation across Cloud infrastructure services and the multiple cloud servers using VM ware Automation tools.*Responsible for leads, overseeing and maintaining, multiuser computing environment as per the requirements of the organization and strong understanding of technical knowledge of virtual machines (IaaS, (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).*Experience in developing, configuring, implementing and managing the systems that comprise the underlying cloud platform. Provided assistances in setting up public or private cloud systems on how to balance workload and deploy them in an automated way.*Experience in coordination with the (Build and Content) IT department to develop and support cloud, windows or Unix infrastructure. Also providing technical assistance on windows, cloud-based systems, and resolve operational problems. *Assisting in the administration of cloud service and a Windows server environment.

Project Client : Dow Chemical Company - North American Client (IT Infrastructure Sector)•Work includes supervising, coordinating and maintaining on a daily basis, the levels of service agreed with and expected by the customer (SLA or equivalent documents) while keeping a constant focus on improving the performance of the services provided. •Responsible for tracking and reporting on internal workmanship and external customer defects to operators, team leaders, and managers. •Work with Analyze defect data in order to identify root causes and implement action plans to prevent future defects and to produce 'best in class' quality work.

Project Client : Future Group Retail - Indian Client (IT Retail Operations Sector)*Managing and resolving key IT infrastructure technical issues by providing guidance and help with resolution tools.(BMC remedy, SAP, Outlook, Axiom, and Remote Desktop Connections) *Answering questions from clients and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of the IT related services and Project requirements.*Developing client-facing Documentation and Knowledge based articles on an as-needed basis.*Communicating client needs and wishes to the Development and engineering staff and coordination with different teams within the project (Data Center Teams and Onsite Teams)*Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software.
