- Acceptance of new properties in coordination with maintenance department by certifying them as ready for occupancy.- Completion of all documentation with Landlord and entering new property details into the system to ensure that the system is updated.- Complete and deliver the rent renewal letters for all properties under management in a timely manner and follow up for renewal confirmation on a monthly basis after rent review finalization with Landlord Relationship Manager.- Arrange for proper signage for property management/cleaning and security maintenance contact/vacant property leasing for all properties under management.- Conduct and complete area wise rent survey reports. Identify new projects and landlord details and refer them to Branch managers as leads for Property Management prospects.- Proactive direct follow up to gain early resolution on renewal of all expired contracts within portfolio of managed properties.- Manage staff of properties under management to maintain timely payment of salaries, cleanliness, tenant comfort, safety and hygiene within the property.- Complete all documentation, reports and provide adequate response to all branch managers and management queries.- Maintain good repo with the customer, contractor/consultant to ensure repeat business and goodwill.- Support the leasing consultant sales team in contractual issues and provide them with list of vacant properties following lease termination.
