Responsibilities for Process Improvement & Training Supervisor:Analyze current production methods to assist in the improvement, follow product specifications and quality control measures, determine which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility, support operators in the development of their skills areas to ensure that analysis is undertaken efficiently and effectively, diagnose origin of breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems. Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results, ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently, follow up implementation TPM, increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality. Adhere to all state, federal and company enforced safety rules and regulationsResponaibilities for TPM Leader:1. Control & Support TPM implementation in manufacturing2. Steering Committee meeting (TPM)3. Implement and oversee TPM Strategy within the plant4. Implement autonomous maintenance with plant production5. Solve production problems by using if variety of problem-solving techniques together with team members - Project based6. Communications and training TPM all Pilar7. Work with PM technicians to develop operator checklists8. Implement visual standards and checklists at machines9. Review production schedules, engineering specifications and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. - Project based10. Audit PM process 11. Responsible for production coordinator:Make production as efficient as possible starting from safety, quality and productivity. Eliminate the gap between actual and theoretical. Develop how subordinate work well through training on the Job, and responsible for the process generated during the shift both concerning efficiency, quality, and productivity in production department, Make a monthly report of production activities. And also, I responsible for the integrity, material care, production equipment and including safety tools, Style Change program that is revealed / Instructions from Superintendent To the Create 6 sigma project to eliminate the complexity, Make lean in production process, Coordinate with other department / site to solve production problem, Lead some project related safety, quality, and efficiency, Maintain and update all procedures related with the area (SP, WSD, SOP) - As indicated in the documents, Guide member in making continuous improvement activities
