Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager, my roles and responsibilities include:• Participate in day-to-day HSSE related inspections and other HSSE duties in the facility as and when needed.• Responsible to maintain the HSE inspection records and ensure it’s readily available.• Conduct Tool Box Talks with shop floor employees and get their feedbacks and make improvements.• Conduct HSE orientation for new employees and safety induction training to contract employees.• Verify and monitor the conditions of any PTW, before and after the permit is issued.• Prepare Incident Investigation Report by collecting all the necessary data and evidences, participate and follow-up the corrective actions.• Assist in preparing Emergency drill plans and dissemination of the same to shop floor employees.• Assist in the preparation of compliance documents for QHSE audits.• Coordinate with the Fire contractor in case of emergency pertinent to Fire Alarm and Fire fighting Equipments.• Follow up with respective departments for HSE KPI records.• Regular walkthrough at facilities, monitor them and oversee the compliance in workplace maintenance and repairs, installations and any other works that could harm employees, cause damage to environment and assets and take immediate actions.• Monitor and implement OHS programs and policies as advised.

Reporting to the Research Team Lead and managing a team of 4 associate research analysts my duties and responsibilities include:• Ensuring compliance, safety and security of a mass media texting platform and ensuring its adherence to the United States Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).• Educating and training customers and companies on the US TCPA to ensure all rules and regulations are followed.• Ensuring compliance and incident tickets are answered to within the specified time and meeting the necessary KPI’s.• Investigating incidents, identifying root cause and establishing appropriate control measures.• Providing tailor-made data visualization and reports on compliance performance using Microsoft Power BI.• Setting up auto data categorization and segregation using Sift.• Creating and modifying workflows as and when required to protect the platform and customers from potential threats.

Reporting to the Research Team Lead my roles and responsibilities included the following:• Providing understandable insights through media monitoring for various clients specifically based on the banking sector.• Medical research and coding on various pharmaceutical projects.• Data mining for scientific literature review and Pharmacovigilance projects. • Large data collection, cleaning, transforming, sorting, analyzing, and visualization.• Performed risk analyses to identify appropriate security countermeasures.• Worked with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.• Actively listened to customers, handled concerns related to compliance quickly and escalated major issues to supervisor.

Reporting to the General Manager (Safety) my roles and responsibilities include: • Evaluate blueprints of the projects to ensure the work environment is safe.• Design detailed safety plans to maintain a safe work environment.• Investigate workplace accidents to understand the potential cause of the accident.• Educate employees on best practices of using equipment and machinery.• Ensure that employees wear protective gear and safety helmets.• Ensure companies implement workplace safety and health policies.• Oversee the installation of safety devices on machinery make recommendations for improvement of safety protocols and procedures.• Create precautionary procedures and develop an accident response plan.• Stay updated on government rules and regulations related to safety.• Giving work permits and monitoring workplace environment and facilities to ensure there are no dangerous situations.
