• Executing JDE system processes related to physical inventories• Work closely with the Chief Accountant to carry out all necessary reporting requirements when it comes to month end.• Executing JDE system processes related to physical inventories.• Implementing systems for periodical and final stock counts.• Reviews computer stock for accuracy of sales and receipts. • Prepare Purchase Orders to replenish stock.• Receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.• Makes inventory receipt vouchers (OV) against supplier’s invoices and responsible for updating the inventory and item cost.• Analyze LPO and Supplier invoice and receive quantity in to stock
