   Daily monitoring of network KPIs of GSM, LTE & NR, in case of any degradation, send a complete analysis along with the recommendations to customer using Network statistics or field data in order to improve KPIs of Network level and area level. NR 5G KPI monitoring (N40,N78 & ESS sites)and checking Worst performing cells from BO WeBi. Checking daily NR problamtic cells which is causing area level degradation and & investigating in detail based on the degraded KPIs and optimize them to resolve issues on them.  LTE drive based KPI Analysis and traffic sharing through parametric & physical optimization VoLTE drive test analysis using TEMS discovery to identify the LTE RF condition. CSFB and SRVCC testing and performance evaluation LTE and UMTS Parameter audits,LAC-TAC audits for LTE sites. Selecting the location for proposing COW for events or if any coverage isssue. COW selection based on near by sites PRB utilization. Generating report using Tableau and Power Bi. Preparing drive routes, exit routes and analyzing log files for the same on Actix to find any RF related issues.  Monitoring Alarms and escalating issues to respective expertise.  Defining Relation neighbor list LTE-LTE, LTE-NR, LTE-3G and LTE-2G. Implementing the features on LTE and NR. Diagnosing RF problems (Interference, high drop call, poor coverage, HW failure, etc) & Optimizing the network by analyzing the drive test files. Post processing, analyzing data and requesting changes within tight deadlines: Neighbor add/deletion * Physical changes (mainly down-tilts) * Swapped feeder Swap testing and Physical Optimization, Troubleshooting customer complaints like Coverage, Throughput issues in most cases, Consistency checks (using MO shell/CNA). Parameter tuning like ACCMIN, C1, C2, HYSTSEP, HIHYST, LOHYST etc. for adjustment of Idle and dedicated mode boundaries.
