• Ensure successful achievement of Project Mission Statement & goals and be responsible for day to day activities.• Visit the sites and check the progress as per the reports.• Attend & organize all project related meetings with client/Main Contractor as well as with internal departments.• Closely involved in commercial issues like budgeting & invoicing for the Project.• Ensure successful completion of the projects within the budget & schedule.• Assign and manage the project budget for materials and other requirements.• Lead the project teams and ensure effective co ordination among all parties.• Follow up with various internal & external contacts for all Projects related matters.• Review and Approve Material Requests and Purchase orders for Procurement of Materials.• Evaluate requirement of all Project resources and plan budgets accordingly.• Plan and Assign the manpower and other company assets at appropriate levels.• Keep a close watch over the progress and budget and provide appropriate feedback to the management.• Ensure full compliance with Project QA/QC plans.• Successfully handover the project and maintain good relations with the clients.
