To prepare a perfect Sea-way Bills of Leading for LCL or FCL cargo and to-look-in-to other responsibilities in documentation department.Responsibilities which are in-between collecting B/L Format from shipper/freight forwarder till issuance of O B/L from carrier/freight forwarder.Maintain records in files of each shipment with all important documents.To entertain customer through E-mails and telecommunication.Troubleshooting while there is any confusion related to Bills of Lading by customers, local freight forwarders and overseas agents at respective destinations.To entertain overseas agent regarding any troubling Bill Of LadingThere is an specific agent which is totally under my observation. All the matters regarding this particular agent in handle by me.I have to submit ISF, AMS, ESI & Manifestation.Not only documentation. I also do sales to develop business for my company.There are some selected client which do give me business on monthly basis.
