1. Procurement & Import of all required equipment & products for the ongoing projects from local and international suppliers/manufacturers.2. Receiving and analyzing purchase requests, preparing RFQ and sending it to suppliers, following, receiving and comparing the quotes, negotiating and finalizing the best quote with price and terms.3. Preparing and sending PO, following up for timely delivery, verification of delivering products and payment coordination with finance and suppliers.4. Maintaining suppliers’ database, preparing Letter of Intent when required and providing support to other departments beyond core responsibilities to achieve common organizational goals.5. Dealing of Import & Export project-oriented shipments and assisting for import customs clearance & acquiring relevant authority approvals.6. Provision of periodic reports to the management, clients and acquiring approvals.7. Estimation & Proposal of Tenders and RFP’s published/received from the Government ministries.8. Execution & Management of allotted projects to complete it successfully on time.9. Inspection of Guyed Mast Communication Tower for Ministry of Interior and implementing the required maintenance works to maintain its stability. Replacement of any failure components and repairing cracks in concrete footings.10. Quality of Services Monitoring Vehicle Upgrade and System Migration for the Communications Regulatory Authority.11. Modification of Antennas & Transmitter with Site Acceptance Test and Field Strength Measurement for Upgrade of VHF TV to DAB transmission on 159m Self Supporting Tower for Qatar Media Corporation.12. Inspection and Maintenance of Hardware Cospas-Sarsat systems such as Antennas, Server Racks, Workstations & IP phones, and Replacement of any failure components in the Headquarters & remote sites and Provision of 24/7 assistance to the MCC, RCC operators of Doha Joint Rescue Coordination Center & System provider.
