My responsibilities also include crafting financial forecasts, managing the integrity of the general ledger, performing meticulous account reconciliations, and vigilantly monitoring inventory to ensure accurate COGS and valuation. I implement stringent cost control measures, develop and enforce robust internal controls, facilitate audits, and oversee accounts payable and receivable operations. Leading and mentoring the accounting team, I direct the implementation and optimization of accounting software and systems, drive process improvements, and contribute to strategic planning with financial expertise. Additionally, I deliver key financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders, collaborating with various departments to ensure financial practices align with overall business goals.
