CurrentFlight Handling Expertise: In-depth knowledge of flight handling procedures, including passenger, baggage, and cargo operations.Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to passengers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive airport experience.Teamwork & Leadership: Effectively leading and motivating a team of ground staff to achieve operational goals.Resource Management: Ability to effectively allocate staff, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth operations for multiple flights.Schedule Management: Skillful in adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring on-time performance (OTP) for flights.Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during flight operations. This includes delays, cancellations, and passenger concerns.Decision-Making: Making sound decisions under pressure to ensure the safety and security of passengers and staff.Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication: Clearly and concisely communicating with airlines, ground staff, airport authorities, and passengers. This includes both written and verbal communication.Negotiation & Diplomacy: Ability to negotiate effectively with airlines and other stakeholders to resolve issues.Intercultural Sensitivity: Working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.Software Proficiency: Proficiency in airport management software and other relevant programs used by AIASL.Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Stress Management: Remaining calm and composed under pressure.Physical Stamina: The ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts.
