Job Responsibilities • Inspection of piping circuits both External and Thickness survey inspection.• Identifying and inspect areas of special concern and deterioration (e.g., dead legs, injection points, buried piping, corrosion under insulation (CUI), erosion & corrosion/erosion), preparation of inspection plan to follow-up their resolution to improve Plant integrity.• Ensures proper maintenance of inspection reports and records. Maintains various records in the computerized systems, updating inspection test results and other data in specialized inspection software system (Meridium).• Generate recommendations for the inspection findings.• Inspection of in-service tank repair activities such as bottom plate replacement or patch repair as per MFL report.• Tank Pontoon leak test inspection, Tank internal and external blasting & painting Activities.• Carrying out various types of Inspections as per approved ITP such as: Fit-up inspections of piping and structural items.Weld visual inspections as per approved drawings.Thermography Inspection for Furnace and Reformers.Witnessing / reviewing of NDT inspections.MERIDIUM WORKING ACTIVITIES FOR THE EQUIPMENT CARRIED IN THICKNESS MONITORING & INSPECTION MODULE INDETAIL:-• Creation of TML Groups for the Equipment’s in Meridium.• Corrosion Analysis Settings Creation in Asset and TML Group level in Meridium.• CML’S Creation in Asset Level and TML Groups as per the CML Markup Based Drawings given by the Client.• Input of Design data for the CML Points.• T-Min Calculation for the CML Points.• Entry of base line measurement as per the report given by the Client (Templates).• Final Analysis Creation for all TMLs and TML Task Generation for the Asset. • Some Technical Queries Generation will be provided for easy data Evaluation and segregation.• Reports updation in Meridium application in IM module.• Creating Notifications and recommendations for the equipment inspection.• Creating tasks for the equipments.
