Carry out tasks related to ICT in schools under the supervision of Principal / Professor / Data Teacher / ICT Coordinator / Coordinator Bestari.2. Manage and maintain ICT facilities and application software supplied by KPM / JPN as well as solve technical problems that arise such as;2.1. Inspection and maintenance of damaged IT equipment such as motherboard faults, hard disk drives, floppy disk, mouse and so on (1st level support)2.2. Help in troubleshoot system and network system systems at school level.2.3. Help PPTM in implementing system adjustments related to IP-Address, Gateway, Modem and so on.2.4. Help monitor and manage LAN and WAN networks and coordinate key servers and network equipment such as firewall, Proxy, DNS for 1BestariNet and so on.2.5. Help-desk and 1st level support (receive complaints and troubleshoot initial damage)2.6. As a liason officer for centralized maintenance activities including logging, monitoring of work done by suppliers, making follow-up actions to related parties for unfinished activities and so on3. Provide ICT equipment needs for teachers and assist them when using them in Teaching and Learning.4. Manage information systems safety issues at school level and create effective security controls and procedures in line with security policies set by JPN / KPM / PPD / Schools and MAMPU.5. Carry out other tasks related to the management of ICT equipment as directed from time to time.
