Responsible for set up production processes and quality control methods, and formulate relevant work instructions and parameter specification tables. Provide support for analyses and improve the yield of products. Responsible for Develop project schedules that align with the project team and communicate progress against the schedule to maintain alignments with all subsystems. Provide support during the change of management process. To handle documentation like BOM, drawing, project file and engineering modification. To handle coordination between internal departments and to liaise with customer / suppliers. To be involved in product failure analysis. Assist engineering in change implementation Support engineering issues investigation and solution. Assist in solving product problems on the production line, analyze abnormalities and quickly propose solutions, lead engineering change introduction and abnormal resolution meetings. Identify and quantify cost factors such as production time, materials and labor expenses

Responsible for handling the new projects from all departments such as SMT, KMD, movie, audio, and material side (receiving bay) inside the factory and ensuring timely delivery, review quality of purchased products, maintain updated records of purchased products preparing reports. Also, responsible for handling new model for the movie and audio department to design and drawing for a new line, jigs, and overall projects. Liaise and build good rapport with suppliers, internal teams, and other departments. Perform other duties assigned or as instructed by the manager. Also have2 subordinates under my supervision will assisting the movement progress of new project.Another task is to handle the fabricate and produce jigs and tool or equipment that are requested by production. Liaise with other departments to communicated and ensure the tool and equipment are produced as requested by drawing and requirement;

Responsible as a Technician & assistant engineer during the internship to fabricate jigs, construction new lines, and design new jigs for new models. another responsible I care as an assistant engineer project during my internship to monitor progress and make sure no safety issues or delay during the project running.

Responsible as a Technician during the internship to repair a computer and laptop, drawing network plans such as at KPJ Perdana Specialist Hospital & MMHE, design office layout, drawing using solid work, drawing manhole (CELCOM), doing maintenance at Lembaga Pelabuhan Johor (LPJ), assist to do tender, setup a CCTV and router at client place. Liaise and build a good rapport with clients, supervisors and internal team, and other departments.
