• Primary responsibilities include performing financial, operational, system and process audits of the company's business units. • Planning, executing and completing audit fieldwork according to established schedule, recommending internal control improvements that may include operational enhancements or efficiencies, and the preparation of audit reports as well as documenting controls. • Build and manage an effective internal regional team, and is able to conduct annual risk assessment, deliver annual audit plan etc. • Establish effective business relationships within the company and assist management in the understanding and adaptation of internal control principle • Planning, Scheduling and Supervising audit of 6 legal entities within Gulf region with hands on engagement with the external auditors. • Participate in accurate and timely month end closing procedure includes Bank reconciliation, Revenue Analysis and reporting to Management• Build reporting tools and forecast models completely from scratch to monitor and predict ROIC, cash flow and working capital.• Created detailed headcount forecasts and compensation/salary plans to control employee expenses and project wise cost allocation
