• Working in Merck HRO process. • Quality Audit for Geography of 87 countries Worldwide. • Generate daily and monthly reports for the HtR transactions like(Hire, Leave of absence Pay Change, Transfer/Promotion, end of employment, personal data change) entered into SAP by analyst and check for errors and validate the changes against the supporting documentation.• Having knowledge in SAP.• Preparing the daily volume matrix for the daily work.• Maintaining the work allocation tracker and distributing the daily work among the team.• Preparing the daily dashboard and sending it to the high authority on a daily basis. • Preparing the Remedy Case Tracker on every Friday and sending it to the client.
