Currently serving as Test Architect role having 13+ years of experience in IT industry with involvement in Project Management activities and QA roles; Extended expertise in Project Management – Operations, Application Testing / ERP Software testing / Mobile & API testing / Database / Backend testing.Project Management Activities:1. Engaged in all ongoing project portfolio related activities, like annual portfolio budgeting and resource planning, as well as status reporting tracking / compliance reporting.2. Involvement in Creation of Statement of works (SOWs) and Project Implementation Plan (PIP)3. Collaborate with IT Finance to provide required financial updates, periodic reviews, and time reporting and ensure compliance to internal policies and procedures4. Maintain financial information in the portfolio management system allowing for accurate reporting and visibility5. Execute project portfolio maintenance activities, including activities such as removing and/or adding projects or resources, assigning resources to updated roles, updating project assignments, maintaining updates to project portfolio elements, exporting status reports, creating compliance reports, etc.QA Activities:1. Provide technical leadership to testing teams, guiding and mentoring testers in best practices for test design, automation, and execution2. Consolidating status from team members and reporting to clients on daily basis.3. Manage smooth implementation and testing of the application.4. Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testing aligns with the development lifecycle5. Identify and assess risks associated with the software under test and provide recommendations to mitigate these risks6. Prioritize testing efforts based on potential impact and likelihood of failure.7. Oversee defect tracking and management processes, ensuring that defects are properly documented, tracked, and resolved8. Create comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and reports on testing progress, results, and issues
