Responsible to manage all safety and Security, Fire Life Safety and Food hygiene Risks faced by the hotel.Liaise with all departement heads to ensure hotel employees are adhering to established security Procedure.Record and notify all risk, deviations from hotels safety standards and any untoward incidents. Including overseeing the security of staff members, physical company assets, and all records of information. And Also In charge of managing security risk assesment and supervising incident investigations.

-Monitoring security systems such as alarms, surveilace cameras,and access control systems to ensure they are working properly.-Training staff in security Awarness measures such as how to respond an active shooter situation or bomb Threat.-Coirdinatingbwith other Departement to identify potential threats and implement Solution.-Establishing and enforcing security protocols to prevent crime on company property, including hiring security guards and monitoring employee behavior-Reviewing physical security measures such as locks, gates,fences, and lighting to ensure they are adequate-Developing security plants for major events such as concerts or conventions-Conducting Risk assesment to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in the workplace, and developing security measures to mitigate them-Ensuring that security personel are trained in all relevant Areas of their jobs, including fire safety and Emergency respon protocols.
