Responsibilities1. Perform the day to day procession pf Accounts Payable transactions to ensure that municipal finance are maintained in an effective up to date and accurate manner.Main Activities• Receive and verify invoices and requisition for goods and services• Prepare batches of invoice for payment• Data enter invoice for payment• Process backup reports after data entry• Manage all weekly cheque run• Record all cheques manual and computerize• List all vendors cheques in the log book• Prepare manual cheques as and when required• Maintain listing of accounts payable• Maintain the general ledger• Maintain updated vendors files and file numbers• Print and distribute monthly financial reports2. Complete Payroll Functions in Oder to ensure staff are paid in an accurate and timely mannerMain Activities• Establish and maintain confidential casual employee files• Calculate salaries and benefits• Verify pay amounts, Hours of works, Deductions, ets• Verify coding and obtain signature• Batch pay sheets for data entry• Data enter of payroll information• Prepare and remit sources deductions an payroll tax3. Provide Administrative support in Oder to ensure effective and efficient office operationsMain Activities• Maintain inventory files• Maintain filling system for all financial documents• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee files 4. Perform Other related duties as required

Duties:-• Preparing sales invoices & the upkeep of an accurate accounts filing system.• Preparation and input of month end journal vouchers• Inputting, matching, batching and coding of invoices.• Debtor and Creditor reconciliations.• Preparation of various reports for senior managers• Conducting regular business reviews of financial performance• Preparation of bi-weekly invoice and expense claim payment runs.• Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations• Inputting of supplier invoices and employee expense claims to the ledgers• Prepare and Maintain Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable sheet
