●Conceptualize, research, and design of products/ fixtures for Indoor & Outdoor LED luminaires.●Prepare Product Design and specification (Final, Purchase, Sketch and Catalogue Drawings).●Propose improvements to optimize new designs.●Develop new solutions and/or enhances existing products: use analytical and systematic approach for optimal solution.●Coordinate the activities regarding the production of prototypes to establish the feasibility of the product or system.●Prepare cost estimation of every new product, reworks and evaluations required by Sales and other concerned departments.●Create technical documentations, SOPs, and organizational conditions to implement new products into production environment.●Review and prepare product evaluation report on written report prior to release.●Estimate operation man-hour and its component parts for product manufacturing & costing purpose.●Review prepared manufacturing instructions and routing data in the system.●Prepare programs for C.N.C. machines.●Prepare laboratory test request, follow-up & report test result.
