Reviewing and releasing of interim payment certificate. Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring. Profitability forecast for budget estimate, cost comparison. Prepare monthly progress report to client. Updating the status of materials procurement as per approved MIR.Submit steering committee report to client. Coordinate and work with the project management team to solve project issues. Attend the progress meeting related to quantity and cost proposals. Handle the contract interpretations (dispute) and correspondence. Assist the support documents to control the proposal of claims and extension of time. Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation (V.O) reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing process, etc.
