Working in Qatar Energy LNG seconded by TRAGS WWL.*Responsibilities:-*Attend morning meeting and discussion daily job and planning, receiving work requests, conducting job site visit, arrangement of resources & taking work permits.    *Well awareness of safety & operating environment, work permit system and task risk assessments.    .  *Surveillance a crew consisting of technician/ millwrights and fitters for jobs execution.  *Condition monitoring checks of rotary equipment (vibration,bearing temperature,& abnormal sounds) analysis.* Assist mechanical supervisor/foreman for shutdown jobs.*Attend group meeting; conduct tool box talk for crew.*Carries out root causes / failure analysis and recommend technical salutations.    *Participate in the planning, schedule, and execution shutdown, major overhauling activities.   *Capability read and understanding of engineering drawing and P&ID. * Carries out static/dynamic balancing of rotor based on ISO 1940-1(2003). *Performed Corrective, Preventive maintenance & Overhauling of PD Compressor, Centrifugal Compressor, PD Pump, Centrifugal Pump, Mechanical Seal, Dry Gas Seal, Rotary Vane Blower, Centrifugal Blower, Mixture, Gear Box and Electric Motor.*Have an experience of complete overhauling of steam turbine GE (Shine Nippon). *I have worked on frame-9E mechanical drive gas turbine installed by GE (engie). I have performed combustion chamber inspection, hot path inspection, replacement of bearings, shroud, taking clearances and also replaced the 1st stage nozzle.

*I worked as a Mechanical technician in Attock Refinery Limited.Overhauling, corrective, routine, breakdown maintenance of rotary & static equipment such as a PD Compressor, Centrifugal, PD Pump, Centrifugal Pump, Rotary vane Blower, Fan's, Gear box, Heat exchanger, Valve, Vessel and Fire heater.*Performed PM's Preventive maintenance of PD reciprocating Compressor.*Performed Condition Monitoring (vibration, bearing temperature & abnormal sounds) of rotating equipments.*Making daily report and submit to supervisor. *Performed shutdown at plant side.

During the apprenticeship get experience ofrotary and static equipments. * Demonstrated Preventive, Corrective andbreakdown maintenance and acquiredtechnical skills through participation andengagement in maintenance.* Understand and take vibrations, bearing temperature monitoring and lube oil systems with senior technician.*Also study O&M mannual, drawings andtroubleshooting and enhance knowledge, discuss and understand from senior technician and engineer.
