Internship Summary:During my internship at the Excellence Delivered Education Department, I was involved in overseeing various educational initiatives to ensure smooth operation and effective program delivery. My responsibilities included managing the administration of courses under the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) program, such as Oracle ERP, Full Stack Development, and Microsoft .Net, ensuring that all aspects of the programs were running smoothly and efficiently.In addition to my administrative duties, I actively contributed to the development and promotion of our paid courses, including SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling). Utilizing my selling skills, I effectively persuaded prospective students to enroll in these courses by highlighting the unique benefits and career opportunities they offer. I also implemented targeted promotional strategies to increase course visibility and attract a broader audience. As an intern at Oric Imsciences Peshawar, I had the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities that enhanced my organizational and teamwork skills. I led a team in organizing a summer school program at IMsciences, which involved coordinating with faculty, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for participants. My role required strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage the team and collaborate with various stakeholders.In addition to organizing the summer school, I assisted senior research associates in preparing the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) for the year. This task involved gathering data, analyzing program outcomes, and compiling comprehensive reports to ensure compliance with academic standards. As an Odoo ERP Functional Consultant at AppNvent Lahore, I was responsible for providing comprehensive functional support for the Point of Sale (POS) module to clients such as Fazal Sweets & Bakers and Malang Jan Pulow. My role involved configuring the POS system to meet the unique needs of each client, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with their existing operations. This experience allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the retail industry and the specific requirements of POS systems.In addition to my primary responsibilities, I collaborated closely with a senior Functional Consultant to analyze and understand the diverse requirements of various clients, including those from manufacturing industries, subscription-based businesses, and distribution companies.
