I was working in LIGA Telecom which is an established Wholesale Aggregator of Retail Voice Traffic across the World. My major responsibilities are as follows:• Responsible for smooth operation of Core Network for voice traffic (Soft switches and Session border controller). • Core Network Planning & Design, Strategy development and implementation of NGN Networks. • Troubleshooting and Analyzing Network related complains through protocol traces for identifications and resolutions of issues. • Technical Coordination with Vendors and Service Providers.• Coordination with international carriers with respect to interconnect establishment. • Managing International traffic and keeping the numbering plans and routing database up to date. • Providing suggestions for Network optimization and improvements and Business Development.

I was promoted to the Designation of Assistant Manager . My major responsibilities were as follows:• Managing network related issues for Quantum Global Communications• Handling, Troubleshooting and Implementation of Redtone Core LDI VOIP Network.• Working, Configuration and maintenance of Nextone (SBC and RSM), Cisco gateways, routers and PGWs.

Being a part of Quantum Global Networks group of companies i was also handling the network operations of Redtone Telecommunications (a leading LDI of Pakistan). I started my professional carrier as an Executive NOC at Multinet LDI. Following were my major responsibilities over there:• Monitoring the LDI and Voip network.• Configuring and maintenance of soft switches, Nextone (SBC and RSM), Teles NGN, media gateways and routers.• Troubleshooting & testing of Interconnects.• VOIP QoS, ASR, ACD, PDD and other network issues.• Coordination with clients regarding their QoS issues.• Voice Traffic analysis & Statistics Comparison.
