Roles and Responsibilities:-• Integrated financial and operation plans with strategic objectives to deliver improved operational and financial results to boost customer satisfaction, profitability and working capital.• Supervised 22 staff members tasked with handling materials management, planning and purchasing.• Balanced demand and supply while aligning volume and mix to achieve objectives.• Minimizing exposure to obsolete and excess stock.• Management of Planning Process (Materials both Raw, Packaging and Logistics).• Provides and maintains SKU level supply plan for that supports end to end planning.• Formulated demand planning and generated supply chain management metrics

• Responsibly for Monitoring Orders vs targets on skus level • Liaising with distributor on stocks gaps vs availability.• Monitoring field staff visits Vs productivity level.• Coordinate ware-houses stock levels for overcoming shortages.• Preparation Sales Order / Payment Receipts in ERP software• LMT, USC & CSD invoicing and payment follow-ups.• New Product Induction / Enlisting in LMT / CSD / USD & distributions • Responsible for Order Dispatches vs Order sent • Responsible for maintain Cost Benefits analysis for supply chain / Back ward supply chain in terms of Damages/ expiries / Quality issues
