• Manage the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities related to MEP discipline. • Establishes assignments for the officce engineers and inspectors for various work areas of construction operations, monitoring progress and recommending corrective action as necessary. • Assist Project Manager in the day-to-day construction activities and efficient management of different phases of the projects. • To review and assist the contractor's assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment.• Monitor the performance and execution of construction activities to achieve functional objectives. • Ensures that the actual site construction progress is aligned with the approved schedule.• Ensures all the construction activities adhere with the established QA/QC system. • Perform regular quality auditing to ensure that the project QAQC system • Assist and advise the client during the budget allocations and re allocations.• Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities • Ensures effective implementation of HSE policies and procedures. • Serves as the lead contact with client representatives, Main Contractor, and other stake holders' representatives for construction related activities. • Effective Coordination with the various stake holders.• Review and approve the monthly interim payment certificates of the contractors. • To assist and lead the weekly Project progress meeting. • Review and approve the Pre qualifications, shop drawings, ITPS, Method Statements, T&C Procedures, T&C Records, Handover documents, etc. • Identify the opportunities for continuous improvement in construction, processes, and practices. Discuss the lessons learnt to increase the safety, productivity,quality, and client satisfaction. • Lead the Testing & Commissioning team. • Lead the handover inspection team in identifying and generating snag • Review and approve the taking over certificate’s documents.
