Educated in the area of MBA Marketing, a development professional with management and training experience in renowned national level organizations, helps him to combine his practical knowledge of management to develop and present projects which meet the changing needs of hard and soft skills for today’s businesses.He has over 11 years’ experience of designing and delivering learning program. He has led diverse teams of professionals in training and learning design interventions, and facilitated training program in partnership with broad-ranging groups of stakeholders. He has worked with multicultural groups in Southern and northern Sindh. He has expertise in lively hood especially in enterprise, Community Investment Fund (CIF), Vocational Training Program (VTP) and Livestock.His career has led him to specialize increasingly in the management of complex multi-cultural projects. He has experience in numerous social researches, capacity building, projects designing, implementation and their management within the tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets.The 11 year of experience of working with National Rural Support Programme NRSP, Thardeep Rural Development Programme TRDP & Sindh Rural Support Organization SRSO in entire Sindh. The working methodology of RSPN is formation of CO, VOs and LSOs in this connectivity he has formed 90 LSOs in different district of Sindh and develop the strategy of formation of LSOs with close coordination of RSPN and develop the evaluation parameters to assess community organizations in the areas of Internal Governance, Financial Management, Programme Delivery, Beneficiary Satisfaction, Sustainability and Impact. His own rural and urban background and analytical interests in other cultures, together with a command of different local languages, have also left him confident in handling negotiations that require the reconciliation of different national approaches to otherwise common problems.
