This was a company of group called Abercrombie And Fitch (American Based Company) and active in sales of teen ager brands.Reporting to my General Manager and managing a team of more than 30 people, I was responsible for :> Allocation of tasks to my team.> Setting and Developing strategies and objectives.> Monitoring and analysing market trends.> Using a range of tools and techniques to motivate the staff.> Conduct the trainings for any new product or new methods.> Monitoring stock availability,orders and arrivals.My main achievements in this job include :> Increased number of sales by 58% as compared to previous year.> Customer satisfaction : Achieved ZERO unsolved customers complain.
