This project falls under the Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economics Corridor and is executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (Package – OD-8). Responsibilities include comprehensive project planning and accurate quantity assessments to optimize cost efficiency.Client: National Highway Authority of IndiaIn my role as a Senior Engineer focused on Planning and Quantity Surveying, I've been crucial to the success of construction projects. Responsible for precise submission and certification of payment applications, I collaborate closely with the finance department for timely RA bill payments. I conduct detailed billing versus expenditure analyses, prepare project reports, and offer weekly progress updates to higher authorities. Skilled in drawing preparation for bridges, quantity estimation, and approval processes, I contribute to comprehensive project schedules, including S-curves and bar charts. I handle bills, subcontractor work orders, and contract finalization. Proficient in AutoCAD, I accurately determine earthwork quantities, contributing to project success.
