Current Troubleshoot & improve 4G KPIs (RRC Connection SSR, E-RAB SSR, E-RAB Drop Rate, CSSR, CSFB call setup, Intra-eNB HOSR, DL user Throughput, Cell DL throughput. KPI monitoring/analysis such CS/PS CSSR, PS RAB SSR., CS/PS CDR, CS Traffic, PS/HSDPA/HSUPA Traffic, IRAT HO. Understanding of UMTS counters/parameters for 3G to 4G reselection and ensuring Reselections parameters are properly defined for both 4G to 3G & 3G to 4G UL/DL Congestion troubleshooting and solving all kind of congestion (UL/DL Power Cong., UL/DL CE Cong. and Code Cong) on cell and RNC levels. Resolution of worst cell list using daily stats on the main KPIs: RRC CS/PS success rate, CS/PS drop rate, RSSI avg UL, Throughput, high RTWP etc. Performed Parameters modification to improve Power Congestion, CE Congestion, HSDPA/HSUPA User Congestion & Code Congestion. Identification of performance issues in 2G/3G network and the implementation of optimization plans including IRAT, Cell Reselection, Handover setting, frequency, neighbors, radio parameter tuning, antenna adjustments to meet client’s targets. Traffic balancing by prioritizing cells in Idle/Dedicated modes by adjusting parameters (C2, CRH and PBGT etc) to settle congestion problems. To figure out hardware problems (faulty TRX, VSWR etc.) causing KPIs degradations in network by analyzing TRX level statistics and alarms information. Multiple successful trials have been implemented from 2G side. Power control window tuning in which PC-III level, quality & step size window tuned. Successful trail of Handover algorithm II to get an improvement in HSR. Successive trail of power boast before HO enabled. Parametric trail of T3109 & Max resend values changes. Discrete Frequency plan implemented on multiple cities. ENO Parametric based changes at multiple BSCs.
