Planning, directing and maintaining efficient Store Operations; assigning and evaluating the work performance of personnel assigned to store, maintaining clean & safe environment. •Receipt Voucher, Payment Voucher, petty cash handling, Debtors, creditors daily report etc... Ageing report, Weekly/Daily basis, Statement of accounts, statement recollections. Office Administration – Commercial Documentation•Monitoring purchase, receipt, inspection, storage, cataloguing, inventory, preparing documents like Invoices, Waybills, Inventory Log Registers and distribution of stock commodities and updating systems and its various reports. Organising and managing incoming and outgoing material activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of material; verifying Periodical Stock, Stock Movement Register and other related registers.•Overseeing inventory ageing, conducting logical ageing analysis and assisting in disposal of scrap.•Collaborating and working across various subsidiaries including sub division in UAE, North / East / West Africa.
