• Co ordinate with the production manager for production planning and executing on daily basis• Design, Estimate and arrive at Costing for tray components and overall project value for all the RFQ’s• Prepare BOQ and production flow-chart followed by issuing component drawing.• Prioritize and Scheduling of Work Orders based on Client Order Booking sequence and critical or site urgency requirements.• Production planning on daily basis and allocate workforce according to the production target• Preparation of production plan, production report, job Order etc.,• Assign daily production activities to the concerned personnel to achieve the target effectively• Overall responsible for all the activities from raw material to dispatch• Issue Job Cards with process description for material out/in flow to third-party sub-contractors like Hot Dip Galvanizing facilities, Powder coating facilities, sand-blasting and painting facilities, etc.• Process verification and product Quality inspections at site/ in-house for all above third-party sub-contractors.• Responsible for packing, labeling & dispatch• Coordinate with Stores department to ensure that all minimum stock of regular raw materials and tools/ consumables are maintained.• Coordination with the customer on all technical and commercial issues and order status updates.• Coordination with Vendors and sub-contractors to ensure timely availability of material, consumables and out-sourced components.• Handle customer complaints and take necessary corrective actions and preventive actions • Encourage and motivate shopfloor personnel to increase individual skills and competencies; and to develop cross-functional activities to ensure that the personnel are trained to work on multiple machines..• Practice Lean manufacturing concepts on the shopfloor to reduce cost and cycle time.• Effective utilization of Man, Machine & Materials to execute Work Orders with minimum rejections and lowest cycle time.

• Plan, assign, inspect and supervise construction activities.• Co-ordination in all aspects of project with mechanical and electrical services.• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.• Preparing material estimation and Extracting BOQ and calculating material weight for different types of structural works.• To review Drawings, Feasibility review, Customer Specification and Standards for New Product Development.• Attend and participate in meetings regarding work to be done.• Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for production.• To Independently Monitor Day to Day production Execution Works.• Handling workforce group of Technicians, Operators, and Machinists.• Provide technical assistance to foreman when requested.• Practices on quality control techniques, initial and final inspection of product to meet the Customer Requirement and Company Standards.• To Co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors for Efficient Execution of Works.• Ensure Quality of raw materials, fabrication processes and end product within standards.• Solving Customer complaints or Quality issues.• Inform production manager of completed and outstanding work orders.• Maintaining records and archives to company standards.• Review all work orders before and after completion.
