LTE Swap/Splitting/4T4R Upgrade:• Analysis and optimization of LTE KPI’s (RRC ESR, RAB ESR, CSFB SR, Inter LTE outgoing Handover , Rank issues, UL/DL user throughput, RSSI, TA samples for swapped/splitted 4T4R upgrade sites till PAC approvals • Resolving issues that were faced during swap e.g. CSFB issue, Handovers Issue, Low user throughput • Active User balancing in inter enodB by controlling A3offset and Relation CIO on the basis of high PRB utilization• Monitoring of clusters/sites that were swapped and improve the pre post delta faced after swap by soft and hard optimization• Corporate customer complaints analysis and recommend solution using soft and hard optimization• Initial mapping of the parameters that included CSFB ,Redirection Parameters, RS power, Pa Pb mapping, Reselection criterion , Handover profiles mapping for Inter LTE and Inter RAT HO and Neighbors mapping• Escalating Rank issue and High RSSI issue, S1 link failures to concern department.

2G/3G/4G USF Rollout:• 2G/3G/4G sites creation as per desired CIQ’s in Nokia Netact and ZTE EMS client• 2G/3G/4G Nbrs planning and implementation for both Nokia and ZTE land• SCF file preparation for site integration on Nokia land• Alarms rectification after site integration• Maintaining major KPI’s as per USF assign targets• Monitoring and optimization of 2G/3G/4G major KPI’s like (eRRC Success rate, e RAB Establishment Success Rate, ERAB drop rate , user throughput, LTE Payload, Intra HO Success rate, MPD,CSSR,CDR, HSDPA throughput) etc.• Identification of weak coverage zone and recommending best optimal recommendations based upon drive test logs and network KPI’s• Identification and rectification of worst cell on weekly basis• Hardware issue escalation to concern department• Detail Traffic analysis on the basis of users and recommend expansions or sector addition case

2G/3G/4G Swap/Rollout/NPM:•Involved in different optimization trails to reduce network congestion and improve user experience•Monitoring and analyzing LTE Accessibility KPI’s RRC Success rate, E- RAB Establishment Success Rate, CSFB, DL/UL Throughput, mobility KPIs LTE to UMTS handover success rate and retain ability KPI E-RAB drop rate.•Identification of weak RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, IRATs areas and recommending best optimal recommendations based upon drive test logs and network KPI’s•Hands on experience of idle/dedicated traffic balancing among three technologies i.e. 4G/3G/2G.•Planning & implementation of neighbors for intra RAT, Inter RAT handover, LTE to UMTS handover•Baseline Parameters mapping for newly upgraded sites to ensure proper CSFB and reselections•Baseline Parameters mapping 2G/3G for newly upgraded sites to ensure KPi’s stability•Planning & implementation of 2G/3G neighbor plans for USF sites•Monitoring and analyzing 2G/3G major KPI’s like (RRC Success rate, RAB Establishment Success Rate, HSPA Payload ,HSPA throughput, MPD, CSSR, call drop rate) etc.•Identification of weak coverage zone and recommending best optimal recommendations based upon drive test logs and network KPI’s•Detail Traffic analysis on the basis of users and recommend expansions or sector addition case • Hard Optimization is performed for SL (change in tilts as per desired situation)• Lead OMCR•Offline creations of 2G/3G sites at radio end in OSS client• Configure the parameters related to GSM & UMTS configuration management changes required such as (Hanover parameters, Power Control Parameters, BTS parameters, Neighbor related parameters, External Neighbor parameters, Neighbor Addition and Deletion, SD and PDCH alignment and addition etc) • Provide support at HLR migration activity from RF End• Provide support at Rehoming activity from RF End & implementing Neighbor plan
