Responsible for leadership, budgeting and strategic planning between JCI & Trim Quest. Managed and met $12 million launch budget, accountable for ROS, EBIT and customer communication. Directly responsible for a launch team of 6 members and indirectly responsible for a matrixed staff of 28 employees. Implemented first headliner system launch within existing walls of seat JIT plant resulting into a $5 million annual customer savings. Achieved financial goals for ROS & EBIT. Team was nominated and won JCI merit award for exceptional launch.
