I have worked in spinning sector extensively all through in my career. Right from project designing to implementation to running and making necessary structural changes in project, supply chain, marketing, process, people, strategy, and operations. This has given me unique capacity to understand different functions of a business required at corporate level as well as factory level and corelate all to drive towards the goals of the organization through strategy and culture development by embedding the mission, vision, core values to create sustainable enterprise.I have always been satisfied and sincere with my assignments and organization to persuade for innovative sustainable value creation and challenge myself to be more impactful. I am grateful to all who have worked with me and supported or challenged me in different levels.My interest and study in transformation of the traditional Bangladeshi organization to professional organizations has driven me to write few articles that I taught to my MBA students at Brac University for their capstone course on "Strategic Management & Sustainability". This teaching opportunity compelled me to learn ESG&D through the book "Enterprise Value Creation" and then try to make them understand which is a great area to focus in future. I tried to share my experience and expertise last couple of years as management consultant in order to transform traditional companies towards professional organizations. But didn't work out well and therefore decided to devote rest of my working life as a full time business professional, as well work as adjacent Faculty to persuade knowledge and endeavor volunteer sustainable material and organizational development.With my unique speciality in number, strategy, and diversified experience in different organizations with different levels of professionalism in the context of Bangladesh in different roles, I wish I can contribute to quality high level decision making to make the difference in the future for companies as I did earlier.I enjoy learning, sharing and if possible design and implement the Environmental, Social, Governance, and Data Stewardship (ESG&D) risks and opportunities and find ways to integrate into operations and activities through designing appreciate strategy and culture to ensure enterprise value creation.In that respect, I am looking forward to a full time professional engagement to lead from the front to bridge between different stakeholders towards the long term and short term goals by embedding ESG&D, good culture and appropriate strategies

Subsequently, I joined them as Management Trainee, Finance and Corporate Affairs. Gradually, started working in deep into the supply chain (Machine selection, spares, raw materials), process and process control, quality, investment decisions through project feasibility, costing and optimization, system development like, ISO, data management, just in time, time management, information systems, etc. From 2000 I started to look after raw cotton. In 2002-2003 there was huge raw cotton fluctuation and we were able to make big savings through raw cotton procurement. Square was a perfect mill for me to start my carrier where I had the full independence and support to learn and grow. Whatever I have learned so far 70% credit goes to Square and of course Mr. Tapan Chowdhury, Managing Director of Square Group and my wonderful colleagues at Square Group.
