I am a Logistics Supervisor at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center where I’ve been for over four years In my role I manage the logistics for more than 24 exhibitions each year across five halls which keeps me on my toesI handle everything from coordinating trailer operations to managing gate passes ensuring that all vendors have what they need for a smooth event. I also oversee the setup and breakdown of exhibitions, keeping track of inventory and leading my team to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently.Planning delivery schedules and optimizing routes is a big part of my job and I enjoy collaborating with clients to meet their specific needs My passion lies in making every event a success and building strong relationships in the industry.
