HSCS (Hala Supply chain Services Co.) Supervisor WarehousesResponsibilities –o Responsibility of more than five stores containing non-Medical and medical items.o Manage the daily operations of the Warehouse Department to maximize staff effectiveness and efficiency in delivering services & make sure to apply Supply chain protocols and policies in order to service to end users.o Manage the daily operations of the supply chain Department to maximize effectiveness and efficiency in delivering services & make sure to apply procurement protocols and policies in order to service end users and maintain a good quality.o Supervising the receipt, storage, protection, issuing and preparation for delivery of stock items.o Following the FIFO method for both receiving and issuance of items. o Completing necessary actions to remove unwanted items from store or area store stocks as approved by concerned department User and Supply Chain Manager.o Performing physical inventory of Warehouse stocks and gets the approval of Supply Chain Manager for the justification to adjust as necessary and clear variances between physical and record balances.o Keeping stock adjustments at a minimum by investigating stock variances by use of data processing reports receiving and issuing documents.o Observing and imposing security and safety procedures within concerned department.
