Monitor and/or perform quality activities at all stages of projects. Assure that contractor’s work is in compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO engineering requirements, standards, procedures, specifications, and Schedule Q of the project contract scope of work.Conduct weekly meeting to EPC contractors, vendors, SAPMT to implement quality work in project according international code and standards along with Saudi Aramco engineering standard, procedure and Saudi Aramco test inspection plan.Prepare the weekly reports and PQD Project Quality Dash Board.Prepare monthly report PQI Project Quality Index.Review and evaluate contractor’s Quality document submittals.Review and approved project quality plan, ITP, WPS, Tie-in and hydro test packages. Witness on-site and off-site material and installations tests for compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO standards.

I have overall responsibility for the development, coordination, reviewing, issuing and obtaining approval of the Quality Plan (ITP) and Project Specific Quality System procedures (Method of Statement). I must report directly to QA/QC Manager as a member of Project Management Team. I am responsible to identify the Quality Problems and areas of non-conformity and to initiate, recommended and substantiate corrective actions. The Project consist of Sulfur Recovery Unit and 45 km-8ӯ Multipurpose Product Pipeline OPL to POL.

I worked in 3rd Party Inspection Company, MOODY INTERNATIONAL on the world’s largest Ammonia and Urea single train plant, Enven 1.3 project for services Expansion Project and off-site Project for Services in Client Engro Fertilizer Limited, Pakistan in collaboration with ENI SAIPEM as a Mechanical QA/QC Inspector. Overall monitoring and control of contractor activities (Fabrication & erection of Piping and welding all mechanical activities of the project with assurance engineering compliance and relevant all mechanical activities of Planning, Inspection, execution, supervision till successful handing over).

 To observe and monitor the implementation of inspection and test plan Witnessed the Welder Qualification Test as per ASME SEC IX and review NDT reports. Witnessed the destructive testing for welding procedures according to ASME SEC. IX. To performed visual inspection and witness the welding performance during and on completion the job as per project specifications and international industrial standards.  Verification of MTCs of all received materials and consumables at site to ensure that all materials meet the code/specification requirement. Inspection of the installation of carbon steel, alloy steel piping& Stainless steel as per Applicable code, Standards, project specs, proper line class and drawings. Responsibilities for ensuring that all welding machines are calibrated as per frequency and periodically inspected for any discrepancy and maintaining clear logs. Responsibilities to ensure that all process/product non-conformities are highlighted to the Area Engineers as well as I/C QA/QC for rectification and follow up. Fit up and welding inspection of pipe spools. As per Drawings Dimensional Verification of fabricated pipe spools prior to welding. Weld repairs marking and rectification as per RT films. Reviewing of MT, PT Reports. Procedure qualification tests as per ASME IX, ASME B31.3 & applicable project specs.
