Opened five Islamic Banking Windows and two Islamic Banking branches since I have joined BAHL, These IBW’s are affiliated with Islamic Banking Branch Rawalpindi, These IBW’s are also included in my job responsibilities administratively along with their business targets, Business development officers parked on these Islamic windows and in Islamic branches are also in my reporting line, Annual audits of last two years are also satisfactory of branches and windows tagged to my job responsibilities.Achieved liabilities and SME business targets of the branch based on bank’s annual budget, Ensure ‘best-in-class’ customer service standards for the branch including cross sell, Provide regular feedback on competitor activities to Area Manager, Cascade branch targets to staff (sales and Cross Sell). Regularly track and review performance and productivity of the sales team & Islamic Banking Windows. After successful inauguration of G-15 branch, next target assigned to me was Meezan Bank Ltd Shamsabad Branch Murree Road Rawalpindi which was also under construction. The construction work of Shamsabad branch finished in February 2015, and branch operations started in March 2015. All the assigned targets of deposit for first year stand achieved including cross sell targets. The first annual Audit of the branch was also satisfactory. During my stay with Meezan Bank Limited all the necessary courses and trainings on Islamic Banking attempted and participated successfully including Islamic Banking Module-1, Training on 'Islamic Banking and Takaful’ a four day course conducted by Centre for Islamic Economics (KHI) also attended.

My duties also included Advising and instructing customers at the bank and solving their queries and dealing with them tactfully and diplomatically. Advising and guiding the customers to resolve their query or open an account through automated system, saving customers time as well as bank's time. The duties also included to inform and guide the customers about different products and packages being offered by the bank and also booking their appointment with the concerned personnel in case of their willingness. An experience of around one year in a very competitive market was achieved which helped me to polish my abilities to work under extreme pressure with efficiency and achieved all the desired targets in the given time.
