Service Delivery Manager (Ip & Data Network) South Asia
Service Delivery Management:- Oversee IP & Data Network services delivery to clients.- Ensure timely and quality service delivery.- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Technical Operations:- Monitor and troubleshoot IP & Data Network issues.- Collaborate with technical teams for problem resolution.- Ensure network security, availability, and performance.Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong client relationships.- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.- Manage customer expectations and communication.Project Management:- Plan, execute, and deliver IP & Data Network projects.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.- Ensure projects meet quality, time, and budget requirements.Team Leadership:- Lead and mentor technical teams.- Develop and implement process improvements.- Conduct performance evaluations and skill assessments.Reporting and Governance:- Provide regular service delivery reports.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Participate in governance meetings.Other Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new service opportunities.- Collaborate with sales teams for service growth.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Service availability and uptime.- Customer satisfaction ratings.- Project delivery timelines.- Team performance and skill development.- Revenue growth and profitability.
