Saif Group is one of the leading Pakistani business conglomerates with a huge and diversified portfolio including Textile, Oil and Gas, IT, Telecom, Healthcare, Power generation, Poultry, Stock brokerage, and many more.My primary responsibilities at this position are to:- Head the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) function- Lead the startups, prepare project pitches, feasibility reports with financial models; reports comprise of industry analysis, market research, trade potential, SWOT analysis, financial projections, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, sales and marketing plan, business strategy- Explore new opportunities for existing business growth by analyzing and optimizing business processes and converting manual process to digital- Represent the company at various seminars, meetings, etc.- Financial management- Dealing with banks and other financial institutions
