Assigned Projects included Mina Rashid, AlFurjan, Jabal Ali Village, Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Heights, and Jumeirah Village- Represented the company in front of infrastructure and utilities project stakeholders including services providers, governmental authorities (DEWA, JAFZA), advisors, 3rd party developers etc. This included facilitating approvals from authorities, Nakheel wide agreements with authorities, 3rd party developers utilities connections etc.- Played the role of Single point of contact for coordination with all Utility Authorities (DEWA, JAFZA, DUSUP) for design submissions and approvals of Electrical, Water, Sewer, District Cooling and Gas Networks- Coordinated all interactions with governmental authorities and utilities service providers includingmeetings, letters, site visits, reports, and development of MOUs from the planning stage of adevelopment to the handover and reimbursement stage.- Managed and coordinated with functional managers technical queries, design reviews, tender reviews and concession tender preparations for various business units- Developed the NOC process for 3rd party developers to obtain approval from Nakheel (the MasterDeveloper) for Utility Connections at the planning stage, design stage, and construction stage.

- Acting Project Manager for the project “External Works to Sheikh Zayed Mosque” for more than 1.5 years. Lead the design, tender preparation, and tender evaluation multidisciplinary team. The team included civil, mechanical, electrical, structural engineers, as well as landscape architects.- Task Manager for the project “Trunk Sewers and Associated Treated Sewage Effluent Transmission Lines from Al Ain to Al Saad”. Participated as a Task Manager during the proposal stage.
