• Pioneer to supervise MEP, ELV, housekeeping, landscape and security contractors.• Prepare Work Orders thru the use of QOC CMMS, the IBM Maximo System to activate contractors for taking corrective actions to all the findings.• Monitor on-going projects for safety, quality and compliance to the plan.• Provides monthly evaluation of contractors.• Conducts weekly toolbox meetings for key contractors.• Equipment availability was improved thru keen inspection, proper coordination to the concerned contractors and submitting project improvements.• Standardized contractor’s activities thru safety, quality and immediate action.• Providing timely update of PPM and CM in the Maximo system.• Providing timely feedback to clients regarding PPM and CM status.• Maintaining strong rapport with the client/end user on site.• Preparing Pre-Event and Post Event check list.• Leading and managing a group of subcontractors.

• Ability to execute Chiller Projects, Split Units, FCU, Ventilation duct system and DX System.• To monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.• Ability to read the drawing.• Ability to coordinate with the consultant or client for any change at site.• Ability to manage multiple HVAC projects.• Coordinate all works with Workers and Sub contractors.• Maintaining accurate records of hours worked and material and labour used.• Ensure that all mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan.• Ability to prepare Bills and ability to follow up final Bills.• Making daily and weekly progress reports.• General supervision and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning.• Monitor, verify, and document the work being performed through site supervisors.• Generate/Review material requisitions, submittals, and ensure contract performance measures are met. • To handle the complete Mechanical installation, testing, commissioning.• To handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company Procedures and Procurement department activities.
