A part of the NS GO-live team:Got a thorough and applicable knowledge of GMP and facility, system and equipment validation necessary to operate a state-of-the-art drug substance facility.Some of my Job Responsibilities:- Scheduling activities in Primavera P6 in relation to readiness of new DSM facilities in collaboration with team.- Facilitating input and alignment to activity plan.- Support and develop communication of activity plan- Project coordination in relation to readiness of new DSM facilities- Participation and support to daily board structure to ensure flawless execution of activities- Responsible for daily update of the activity plan including PQ tests, Facility certification, water runs and setting the areas up for GMP operation.- Responsible for close collaboration with team members to align and communicate plans and progress.- Support visualization and communication of the plan- Participate in daily boards and continuous improvements- Managing and updating the detail schedule for the manufacturing associates tasks during PQ testing.- Making a overview and a forecast for the MA's and the Supervisors. - The schedule is a good tool to see incoming workload and making it visible for every stakeholder.- Updating Daily shopfloor boards.- Update smartsheet for upstream PQ activities - Update Master Data Register document with protocol progress- Update PQ dates in MDR- Ongoing tasks for Water run, lessons learned.

I mit praktikforløb hos Bavarian Nordic har jeg tilegnet mig bred viden indenfor supply chain management. Fået indblik i alt fra procurement, cold chain, distribution, distribution risk assesments, planning, customer service, samt bedre forståelse for GxP, kendskab til ERP-system (Dynamics d365). Formået at arbejde med tracelink og serilazation.
