1. Serve as senior investment specialist/coordination point in all aspects of investments, and keeping the Investment team, well advised and informed with market trends/updates to ensure the efficient operations; 2. Lead the work to evaluate investment opportunities/deal process through origination, preparation/ vetting of project financing plan, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, legal documentations and deal closure; 3. Assist in the sourcing of investment opportunities;4. Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities;5. Prepare and present investment proposals to the clients; 6. Meet select clients to maintain a keen understanding of the needs of investors;7. Manage the sale process and deal promotion including placement efforts;8. Develop a non-biased house views by leveraging and utilizing any available independent internal and external research efforts;9. Development of deal structures, and lead the search for third party service provider to optimize the advisory offering;10. Supervise the staff to deliver the work within their scope of work;11. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others involved in investments including Senior Management and staff, regulators, third party providers/ vendors, consultants, industry associations, and the Board;12. Oversee third party service providers, lead contract negotiations and performance discussions to ensure the maximum benefit and deliverables;13. Ensure the quality, consistency and timeliness of materials provided to the Investment team or other internal or external public entities;14. Evaluate and monitor investment framework on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal performance, and to ensure that administration of overall investment management framework is offered in compliance with local Regulations;15. Ensure staff is trained and aware of applicable laws, rules and policies, while ensuring they understand the investment philosophy, policies and approach;

1. Prepare Country, equity Markets, and Sector Analysis from ‘Sell’ side perspective for local and international equity markets;2. Prepare equity research and industry analysis reports within the Saudi/GCC; 3. initiate and perform fundamental, valuation analysis and financial modeling of publicly traded companies under coverage; sources include industry publications, annual reports, reviewing financial statements, networking with industry competitors, clients and suppliers;4. Build and maintain a database of economic and corporate data for Saudi and GCC;5. Perform Company visits/interviews and manage the Clients meetings; 6. Participate in daily research meetings to deliver actionable research recommendations; and matching with internal guidelines for structure, content, and quality;7. Provide regular updates and investment ideas on an ongoing basis to the Head of Research. This includes generating value-added buy, sell & hold recommendations on equities and other relevant information.

1. Analyze commodity market trends and develop pricing strategies;2. Perform in depth marketing studies to identify ways of promoting the domestic exports of higher value-added products/services among international markets;3. Conduct research using a variety of techniques such as surveys, comparison to competitors' products and reconcile merchandise trade data/models;4. Develop new research tools and sources of information to enhance information exchange on trade/investment policies and business opportunities;5. Keep updated on all relevant economic events and research meetings concerning sharing practices on trade and investment; collaborating with marketing researchers, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals;
